License Agreement

Read our license information before using our products.

By purchasing or downloading any product from Code Blowing, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this License Agreement. This license applies to all digital products sold on our website, including HTML templates, PSD templates, WordPress themes, WordPress plugins, and Laravel scripts.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to the license type selected at the time of purchase.

You do not own the product. Ownership of the product and all related intellectual property rights remains with Code Blowing.

2. Permitted Use

You are allowed to:

  • Use the product for personal or commercial projects
  • Modify the product to suit your project requirements
  • Use the product on one website or one end product per license (unless otherwise stated)
  • Create a single end product for yourself or for a client

3. Prohibited Use

You are not allowed to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product (free or paid)
  • Share, rent, or transfer the product to others
  • Include the product in any competing marketplace or stock library
  • Claim the product as your own work
  • Use the product in a way that violates applicable laws

4. Client Use

You may use the product for a client project provided that:

  • The end product is delivered to one client only
  • The client does not receive the source files unless explicitly permitted
  • You do not reuse the same license for multiple clients

For multiple clients or installations, separate licenses are required.

5. WordPress Themes & Plugins

For WordPress products:

  • One license = use on one website/domain
  • You may customize the theme/plugin for your needs
  • Redistribution of themes/plugins or modified versions is strictly prohibited

Some components may be licensed under GPL or other open-source licenses. In such cases, those components remain under their original licenses.

6. Laravel Scripts

For Laravel scripts:

  • You may use the script for one live project
  • You may modify the code for your application
  • You may not resell or distribute the script or its source code
  • SaaS or multi-user commercial use may require an extended license (if applicable)

7. PSD & Design Files

For PSD and design assets:

  • You may use them to create final visual designs
  • You may export assets for use in websites or applications
  • You may not redistribute or resell the source PSD files

8. Support & Updates

  • Support is provided as described on the product page
  • Free updates are included only if explicitly stated
  • Support does not include customization or third-party issues unless mentioned

9. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

  • All sales are final
  • Refunds are only issued if the product is proven to be defective or unusable as described

10. Termination

This license will be automatically terminated if you violate any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the product and delete all copies in your possession.

11. Disclaimer

All products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
